CARDIO TRAINING

We design cardio training( duration and type) based on the capacity of the client after conducting the cardio assessment.

 Cardiovascular exercise, also known as aerobic exercise, is a movement that increases the heart and respiratory rate and increases the blood and oxygen flow throughout the body.

We design a strength program based on the individual's goal, either for building muscle, strengthening, conditioning, or increasing endurance-based on the fitness level we program using the FITT principle (Frequency, Intensity,Time,Type)

We suggest boxing for clients who want to lose weight faster.

Our expert trainers help clients to focus on abdominal muscles with different exercises to achieve wash board abs.

Boot Camp

BOOT CAMP

Our Boot Camp session is a fun-filled training program on Saturdays in an outdoor location for 45 minutes.  We ensure that this program will burn around 450 calories per session.

High-Intensity Interval Training

You will enjoy the session of high power training module which will keep your heart rate in the fat burning zone throughout the duration.
